Booking Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details and driver contact information.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time
• Within 48 hours: No refund available

3. Modifications

Changes to your booking can be made up to 24 hours before pickup, subject to a €15 modification fee. Contact us to make changes.

4. Waiting Time

• Airport pickups: Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after your flight lands
• Other pickups: 15-minute grace period from scheduled time

5. Flight Delays

We monitor all flight arrivals. Delays of up to 3 hours are covered at no additional charge.

6. No Shows

If you fail to meet your driver and do not contact us, the booking will be marked as a no-show and no refund will be provided.

7. Luggage

Standard luggage is included in all transfers. Please inform us of any excess or oversized luggage at time of booking.

8. Child Seats

Child seats and booster seats are available upon request. Please select during booking to ensure availability.
