Welcome to our website. By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
1. General Overview
- Our website facilitates airport transfer services in Spain by acting as an intermediary booking platform between customers and transportation service providers.
- We are not the transportation service provider or carrier. The actual transfer services are performed by trusted independent third-party providers.
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Tickets are NON-transferable and cancellation conditions apply.
- We reserve the right to offer future discounts, credits, or other considerations in select circumstances at our sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique, and an election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.
- By completing a booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
2. Booking Confirmation
- A booking confirmation will be sent via email upon successful payment.
- Please verify all details in the confirmation email and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.
3. Pricing and Payment
- Prices displayed on our website include VAT and other applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking.
- A 15% night surcharge will be applied for all transfers carried out between 21:00 and 05:00. This surcharge does not apply to flights arriving late and landing within this time slot.
4. Arrival Meeting Point
- Customers arriving at the airport must proceed to Exit 7 of the arrivals terminal (left as you come into the arrivals space), where the PONS DELGADO TRANSPORTES office is located. Our Mallorca Holiday Transfers logo will be displayed at the office.
5. Vehicle and Driver Arrangements
- Vehicles will arrive at the terminal parking lot 30 minutes after the flight lands.
- The maximum waiting time for customers is 1 hour after the arrival of the flight. After this period, the driver may leave, and the booking will be considered a no-show. However, in the case of delays exceeding one hour, please contact us using the phone number provided at the time of booking in order to notify the driver.
6. Changes and Cancellations
- Any changes to bookings must be completed via the customer portal at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. However, cancellations made within 48 hours prior to the service will not be refunded.
- The cost to modify a booking will be 5 euros.
7. Delayed Flights and Cancellations
- We monitor all flights for delays. If your flight is delayed by up to 3 hours, we will wait for you. Unfortunately, if your flight is delayed for more than 3 hours, we will not be able to wait for you. In this case, you will need to rebook your transfer (subject to availability) and claim the cost through your holiday insurance.
- Unfortunately, if your flight is cancelled after the 48 hour bookings/modifications cutoff time limit, you will need to rebook your transfer (subject to availability) and claim the cost through your holiday insurance.
8. Passenger Responsibilities
- Passengers must ensure they provide accurate flight and contact details during booking.
- Passengers must be ready and present at the agreed pickup location at the scheduled time: 30 minutes after landing and 3 hours before scheduled departure.
- Bookings are for passengers on the same flight. If your booking includes multiple flights arriving at the same time, we are only responsible for waiting for the flight number indicated in your booking.
9. Luggage
- Each customer has a luggage allowance of one 25 kg bag or suitcase and one piece of hand luggage, unless additional items have been specified at the time of booking. All luggage must be securely labeled.
- Any excess or additional luggage must be declared at the time of booking. The passenger will be liable for all expenses incurred should additional vehicles be required to transport non-declared additional luggage.
- Golf clubs and bicycles are charged extra per item and must be declared at the time of booking. Please ensure the correct sized bike box is booked.
10. Liability
- We strive to provide reliable and punctual services. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
- We act solely as a booking platform and are not liable for the actions, omissions, or service quality of the third-party transportation providers.
- In the event of service failure attributable to us, liability is limited to the cost of the booking.
11. Privacy Policy
- All personal data provided during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection laws.
12. Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Spanish courts.
