How do I book a transfer?
Use our online booking form to select your destination, enter passenger details, choose any add-ons, and complete payment. You'll receive instant confirmation by email.
Can I book a round trip?
Yes! During booking, select 'Round Trip' to book both your arrival and departure transfers together.
How far in advance should I book?
As soon as you know where you're staying to guarantee availability especially during peak season (May-September).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
When is payment taken?
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your transfer.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
How do I cancel my booking?
Log into the customer portal using your booking reference and email, then select 'Cancel Booking'. You'll receive confirmation by email.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flight arrivals. Delays up to 3 hours are covered at no extra charge. For longer delays, please contact us.
How will I find my driver?
Your driver will wait at Exit 7 in the arrivals terminal holding a sign with your name. Contact details are on your confirmation email.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, child seats and booster seats are available as add-ons. Please request during booking to ensure availability.
What areas do you cover?
We provide transfers from Palma Airport (PMI) to all areas of Mallorca, including Palma city, Alcudia, Pollensa, Soller, Cala d'Or, and over 60 other destinations.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
All prices are per vehicle, not per person. You can share the cost with your travel companions.
